Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I am based in NYC, therefore, I went through 2 rounds of phone interviews. The first was with an analyst. Easy enough, very standard and mostly focused on my resume. Second round phone interview happened exactly a week later. Much more technical. It was a smaller group so that was expected. The hours sounded extremely brutal, like unreal.
