Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round with Associate/VP. mostly fit, barely any technical. nice person but spent a very very long time making sure that i was willing to work 700 hours a week and never take a day off
2nd round with analyst. all technical. no chance to build rapport. rushed the interview and was very cold the entire time...seemed like an ***hole
