Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus interview for first round, then invite to office. Flew in the morning of and interviewed until about 4PM. Then flew back. Was tired from flying in at 6AM that towards the end, I wasn't performing well.
They had a test at the beginning which was basic finance and intermediate accounting. Create a cash flow statement given other financials and some facts. Then it was off to interview with some Directors, one MD, and about three Associates. There were about 8 of us from assorted schools, for I think what may have been 1-2 spots.
They also had a test more related to what FAS does, ie EBITDA adjustments and some analyses on what should or shouldn't be included in an adjustment to EBITDA during due diligence.
