1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1. Application via University career services desk
2. Phone call from firm to confirm my availability and conduct intro phone interview with a senior Analyst (three years experience). Lasted 30 minutes in total.
3. Extensive phone interview with three senior bankers (Two directors & 1 senior associate). Asked both technical question, motivational and intellectual questions. Lasted for about 2 hours in total.
4. Case interview with an associate (on site) to check valuation capabilities (DCF, multiples), 45 minutes.
5. Final 1 on 1 interview (on site) with a Managing Directer, focus mainly on motivation, 30 minutes.
6. Lunch with two senior analysts to discuss motivation and ask questions.
