Investment Banking Analyst

A second year analyst put me in contact with HR. The process started with a typical HR phone screen. After a day or two my information was passed onto a VP in the Philadelphia office, which is where the current employee worked. The VP and an Associate conducted a 2 on 1 phone interview with me that lasted about an hour. Mostly fit and critical thinking type questions. After about another week I received a superday invitation. I flew in on a Thursday night and had dinner/drinks with 2 MDs a VP and 2 Analysts, as well as 4 other candidates. 1 on 1 interviews took place the next day with nearly everyone in the office (I believe about 8 in total). Questions varied from basic fit questions to some moderately difficult technical questions. Overall it was a very relaxed and comfortable feel.
