Investment Banking Analyst

Harris Williams came on campus to interview. On campus interview consisted of a 2 on 1 interview (VP and Analyst), with a mix of behavioral and technical. "Superday" consisted of 5-6 interviews with Asscociate, VP's, and MD's. They really favor accounting heavy backgrounds educationally. Everyone seemed very down to earth and laid back, really enjoyed the culture. What set this interview apart from others was that they asked a few "strategy" focused questions, something I didn't really get in other interviews. For example, they would present you with a hypothetical merger and then ask why you think they are interested in acquiring the target, etc. Very positive impression overall.
