Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Standard interview process. Had a screener with the recruiter, then a Teams call with a VP. All these were very behavioral and experienced based. From there was invited to a super day that ran from 9 - 3:30. Super day met with 2 MDs, 1 Director, 1 VP, 2 Associates and 2 Analyst. Had to complete two case studies as well as range of behavioral questions. Overall not too technically challenging but was a long day nonetheless.
