Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, there was an in person interview on campus. I was then called in for a second round interview in NYC at their office. I met with 6 investment professionals. Each room had a theme - personality, investment strategies, brainteasing, accounting, etc. 2 people in each room. They called me back for a third round which would have consisted of an investment pitch, but I had already accepted another offer.
