Hiring process was a pleasant experience for me but it might have to do with the fact that I was referred to Guggenheim by a former co-worker of mine. A Guggenheim employee reached out to the former co-worker of mine seeking junior resources to join the firm. At the time I was looking to make the transition to another shop to further my career.
I was able to connect with the Guggenheim employee and the process was very streamlined. I first interviewed with that individual and made it through the second round. After that I had an interview with the head of the group. Lastly, I met with 4 individuals from other groups. Heard back from them after a week or so.
