Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I got the interview via my career research center on campus, and although the bank is pretty small and not well-known, the people I interview with were extremely nice. I interviewed with two different analysts in first and second round interviews.
The first interview was 100% fit (walk me through your resume, why banking, why Greentech, and some questions created from my resume).
The second interview was a bit more technical (what methods of valuation do you know, why doesn't a DCF go on forever, which is cheaper: debt or equity..), on top of the basics like walk me through your resume, why this bank etc.
