The first step was a resume screening. If successful, candidates are invited to a first round interview with an analyst. The first interview is mostly on the motivations of the candidate and some basic knowledge of the industry. The second round consists in interviews with higher ranked bankers. The interviews are behavioral and technical. They also introduce one or two practical cases of company valuation. The last round is made up of several one on one interviews within the offices of Greentech Capital advisors. The candidates meet bankers of different hierarchy and have 45 minutes interviews with them. We also had a powerpoint presentation to put together to present a potential target.
