What did the interview consist of?

1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
There was an initial phone screen, followed by a super day at the office. The Superday was run in real time, meaning that after every interview, the interviewer would report their opinions to the banker in charge of recruiting. If at the end of five 30 minute interviews the recruiter received all positive feedback, you get a 30 minute fit interview with a senior partner/cofounder. Overall, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the office was modern and elegant.
