Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was contacted for a phone interview and had one a week later. It was primarily behavioral and asked questions related to why investment banking, why Greenhill and why London. The interview was followed up with a math skills assessment test, which was conducted online. The math assessment had questions very similar to GMAT math questions.
