Greenhill is super fast in resume screening. Only one day after application, I received online numeracy test email, which was due in three days. The test is fair while a little bit challenging. Then I was emailed to schedule a phone interview. The guy called in later so the interview only lasted like 20 mins or so. Most are behavioral like why greenhill, what skills, etc. a couple simple technicals about balance sheet and valuation models. you should be ok if you do your homework. I am still waiting for result.
