What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied via an email address I received from our career center and was invited to come to Frankfurt for interviews. I had interviews with 6 different people from all ranks (Analyst to Director).
The first interview covered fit and personal questions. The second interview was more about Beta and WACC. The third interview was done by some kind of frustrated analyst who brought my Cover Letter with him and made it his quest to discuss EVERY SINGLE sentence with me. That was everything to that interview. The fourth one was cut short due to a conference call but covered only Why Us? The fifth was a little more technical again, but no surprised there. The sixth was a short one as well, as the guy only discussed WACC with me again.
