Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was in touch with the recruiter and she set me up with a first round phone screening/interview. They usually do this and then either straight to a super day or 1 more phone interview. She emphasized that it would be very technical, as they take only ~5 summers and hire a lot of people in the fall full time. Was contacted by an analyst at the firm for an interview the next week.
