Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The interview was through OCR and was initially conduced on a 1 on 1 basis. After the first round, I was called into the office to interview with three different people, all 1 on 1 interviews. This included senior associates, managers, and MDs. All the candidates for all the groups interviewing were brought in together for a company presentation beforehand. There was also a dinner with HR the night before the interview.
