What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
-Initial online application
-One initial phone screening that lasted about 10 minutes- seemed somewhat 'easy'
-A second phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes. This was a little harder but still not bad.
-Final superday of 3 in person interviews. This was with two members of HR and one internal finance guy. Again...these interviews were not that hard, but I wish they had been so I could have distinguished myself a little bit more.
Be prepared to offer your military skills in how they translate to working at GS. GS is a flat organization dedicated to making money- you need to prove that you can succeed in those types on environments.
