Applied online for a few different jobs, got a call from the headhunter offering to submit me for a few different positions. Within the week Goldman came back to them interested in bringing me in to interview for multiple positions back to back.

Wasn't really sure what to expect, though from what I heard I guess I was anticipating a certain degree of intimidation factor...however I couldn't be more wrong. Ultimately the interview process went with a 2v1 (1 person over the phone in Brazil), 1v1 with a VP, 1v1 with project manager. Everyone was incredibly nice, and over the interviews really sought to gauge my level of competency and fit within the team - they made it pretty clear they weren't necessarily looking to hire someone who could do the job out of the box, but that had the capacity to be trained.
