Please describe the interview / hiring process.

My experience with the Technology group at Goldman was generally positive. I applied online and got a phone call from one of the recruiters about 3 weeks later. Paid for my transportation to NYC. Consisted of a Super Day: 9 interviews spread out between their NYC and Jersey City offices. 30 minutes for each with varying VP, SVP and even an MD.
Most interviews were behavioral, just to gauge my interest and knowledge of technology. There was one case interview with the SVP.
