Please describe the interview / hiring process.

At first stage I applied online. Within a month, during December I was notified about the interview. The interview was carried out at the London Office. I believe they met 20-25 candidate the day.

There were 2 people interviewing me. At first they asked common competency questions. Later on they asked random stuff based on my CV. Nothing technical at all. But those random questions were hard because I just never thought about it beforehand.

There are few things that I would suggest...
the HRs I met looks really good so do other candidates which makes me believe a good looking appearance is a must for female candidates..lol so make sure you look sharp for the interview.

Again, think about any questions that you maybe asked. Random as why did you go to this university, why didn't you study chemistry, what did you learn from getting the 1st runner up of X competition
