What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round: 2 interviews with two Associates
Final round: 3 interviews with VP's.
The interview process organization was overall very well organized, the HRs' knew what they were doing and responded quickly to queries.
Perceptions:
One VP was checking his blackberry during the interview, made me nervous.
St Paul's office, nice location, people not welcoming.
Advice:
Apply to a division you are passionate to work in, they regard this highly, hence, I did not make it.
Final round: 3 interviews with VP's.
