Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was interviewed by two bankers. Interview was obtained through college recruiting, but neither was an alum. Both were relatively recent undergraduate grads. I would have worked under one of them (if I remember correctly). Almost all of the interview was fit based. There was one technical question about how something flows through the Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet.
