Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was interested in the firm as a 1st yr MBA. I met a student on campus who had interned at GS. He has gotten his interviews through NSHMBA. I did a series of phone interviews, 4 or 5. I was then invited up to a superday where I had 3 1-1 interviews with 3 different VP's. Later that same day, we had a "Speed dating" event and bounced between tables with more VP's. Following the speed dating we had a cocktail reception that included mingling/interviewing. Later I was given an internship and received a full time offer after my 10 weeks.
