Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Substantial number of informational interviews in the fall prior to applying. First round on campus 2 on 1 interview for 30 minutes. Combination of both behavioral and advanced technical questions. Superday was at their offices and consisted of three 2 on 1 interviews. The interviews varied in intensity and questioning. More resume based and behavioral questions. Minimal if any technical questions. Somewhat hostile environment. May have just been the day, but interviewers were extremely disinterested. Sentiment was shared by all interviewees at that superday.
