Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process went like this: resume drop, initial wait then hirevue, then ultimately superday. Hirevue included questions such as “What would you do if a client wanted you to do something that is illegal/against firm policy?” And simple ones like “Why Goldman?” Superday consisted of 3 back to back 25 minute interviews with a panel of 2-3 employees from the team you’re called for. During superday, questions were more technical, they asked basics like how the three statements connect and tougher behaviorals about how you deal with conflict or a dilemma. Lots of follow-ups asked, so one really needs backup evidence for every statement or claim. Entire process was remote.
