Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Numerous interviews both in person and over the phone. They will recruit "hard" if they are interested. Don't make the mistake of thinking that this "push" indicates that you are a sure-bet. My friend and I were both being targeted for the same slot, and she messed up WACC during an interview and got nixed despite tons of calls from their team/interest.
