Summer Analyst

I applied online on the schools website as well as GS website. Got an email to notify me about the interview. Flew out to SLC a day before the interview. Everything was paid for hotel/taxi/meals. Two back to back interviews with VPs. One was a one on one and other was with two VPs. Great culture in the office , interviewers were very excited to meet me and explain anything about the company. It was like a superday with a lot of candidates from many schools across the US. There was a pre-interview night conference call where they helped us prepare for the interview. All behavioral and fit questions were asked like why GS and why this position. My only advice would be to be yourself and not lie or embellish answers since they are trained to look through you and contrast with your resume. Try building rapport with the interviewers and maintain contact after interview via thank you/ follow ups.
