Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Goldman's first round of accelerated sophomore recruiting for summer analysts. The process consists of receiving an application code from Goldman, applying, and candidates are drawn from the pool and given immediate superdays. There are no phone interviews. Morning of the superday consisted of two screening interviews, both 2 on 1. I believe it was with both HR and bankers. Afterwards, you wait around somewhere for hours for a call back. You may or may not receive one. If you do receive one, you go back into the office for a second round of interviews. Much smaller group this time. I had 3 1-on-1 interviews this time, all with bankers from different groups. I believe they were all associates. Basic guide questions and somewhat difficult fit questions as the applicant base si younger.
