Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I was an experienced hire from another Big Four, so the interview was basically more concerned with why I wanted to switch firms rather than whether I was capable of doing the job. I also benefited from having a lot of credentials to prove my ability to do the job. I think the overall message is to do your preparation before the actual interview (i.e. build the skills and credentials that will make you desirable prior to applying for the job).
