Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Got a first round interview on campus, and after was flown to New York for their final rounds. The interviews themselves were very fit based, and it seems that is something Goldman values a lot. People are extremely nice, and are willing to help you out even if you don't know what you are talking about. Additionally, make sure you know your resume inside and out because Goldman tests that.
