Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First process was applying online to the GS.com website. I was contacted by a lady in HR to schedule for a 1st round phone interview. First round interview consisted mainly of why Goldman? Why S&T? What are my skills and strengths? Interests outside of school.
Made it past that and went to the SuperDay. 3 interviews with 2 people each. Again, a lot of it focused mainly on fit and interest in S&T. Not many market questions, just drilling to see if I really had the passion for the job. Feedback I received was that I expressed a strong interest in the firm, but S&T just wasn't a fit for me.
