What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had an on-campus 2-1 interview with 2 alumni from my school. Heard back about the superday that night which would be two weeks later. During the super day, had three stations each of which was a 2-1 interview. It was mostly qualitative questions with a few quantitative questions thrown in (probability). Pretty much no technical questions. All of them were pretty friendly and not too tough on the interviewee.
