Interview Details

What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed for a sophomore sales and trading position. I attend a target school, so I started the application process by dropping my resume off at my school's job posting site.

As I only made it to the first round, I cannot comment on later rounds. The first round consisted of a one-on-one interview with a VP from sales and trading. The interviewer was an alumni, which helped. This interview consisted mainly of fit style questions with some technical questions that were more follow up questions on my previous experience.

As this interview was for sophomores, I felt like the interviewer focused heavily on fit and downplayed heavy technical questions a little compared to what juniors will see.
