Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Normal process that began through On-Campus employer information session. Proceeded to group case study presentations, drinks in NYC, day on the job in NYC, informational interviews at regional offices where I was interested, formal interviews on campus (1round). As with most banks, you need to attend all the possible informational and social offerings to show your genuine interest. I called several of the associates and had "off-line" conversations and coffee chats to get more information as well as to develop relationships.
