Operations Internship

Applied through on-campus recruiting at my school in November, and didn't hear anything until January when they randomly emailed me for a first-round interview in Salt Lake the next week. I flew out to Salt Lake without much knowledge or correspondence concerning the internship. The interview was a superday where they were interviewing for positions in both Operations and Investment Management. I had 2 30-minute interviews where there were 2 interviewers. All of the questions were behavioral and pretty easy honestly; I think I did not receive an offer because I had such little interaction with the recruiter. My experience was unique in that most other candidates interviewed had already had a first-round on campus interview or phone interview before they were brought to the superday.
