Offcycle Analyst

Although it was offcycle analyst role (basically intern), it required diploma from uni. I wanted to have a transition on my career and applied for it. It was a pleasant experience interviewing on the real estate investment. There were 4 process in total and 1st round interview was with analyst, second round vp, third round excel modeling test, lastly the final was HR. It consisted of questions on both fit and technical. And during the fit process, they asked very detailed questions on the previous deals that I was involved in, even asked for numbers and how the credit was divided/separated. Also asked technical questions ex. Calculating irr, equations, valuation, etc.
