Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Networked with several associates, VPs, and a director at the NY office over a period of two months. I made 4 trips to NY to network with bankers, during which I would ask to speak to someone new at each meeting. Best advice I can offer to those new to this process is to be passionate and interested in the person you are meeting. If they want you to work with them, its not because you asked for a job, but because they liked talking to you.
