1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied during the accelerated process and therefore skipped OCR. During the AP cycle, the first-round interview is conducted in the office and lasts 30 minutes. These are conducted in the morning, and afterwards all interviewees are released until the early afternoon. Those selected for the superday portion of the day are called back after lunch and return for three or more consecutive 30-minute interviews. I received my offer via phone almost immediately after the interviews concluded.
