HR representative called for initial screening, set up two hour phone interview with four VPs. Spoke with HR rep afterwards, and set up additional interviews for a second position open within the firm. After positive feedback, had another 2 sets of phone interviews with MDs/Global heads. After a total of 10 phone interviews, They flew me up for an in-person interview where i met with 6 people for the the initial position (3 VPs, 2 directors, 1 MD), and 4 for the second position.
Overall, the people were very personable and interviews were mostly fit-based with enough general discussion of current events to confirm product/industry knowledge for the position. No specific technical questions, mostly behavioral "tell me a time..." questions regarding implementing controls, improving processes, streamlining transitions. Received a call from the HR rep saying everything went extremely well and I should hear back with a within the week. A hiring freeze went into effect, delaying the process, received an offer a few months later.
