GSAM Analyst

Long interview process. Started with a phone interview with a few members of the group. Moved to a phone interview with people the group work with regularly (people located in another city). 3rd round of phone interviews where I spoke with higher ups. 4th round was flown into Salt Lake expenses paid to speak with some of the members of the team and see the office and city. Had a full morning of interviews including a teleconference with the head of the group (8am to noon). Then went to lunch with a couple members of the team. Post interview spoke with a member of HR about compensation and finalizing the process. Randomly received a call next day about my commitment. Next week was told I wasn't going to receive an offer that week and they would get back to me. Week after that was told I wasn't receiving an offer.
