Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My first round interview (Friday) was a 30 minute phone interview with 2 interviewers (at the other end). I later was called that evening that I made it to the super day (Monday). The super day consisted on 5 back to back interviews (Associates/VPs).
They asked questions about your resume (know your resume cold), how do you determine the credit worthiness of firm (they asked me for a mining company), what financial statement (1) would you look for a company to determine the firm's credit. Most of the questions were fit/behavioral questions like why GS, why should we hire you? walk me through your resume.
The office of the firm is really nice and pristine (200 W) and they are big on team work so make sure you emphasize that. Also, don't my first round was a bit technical like the credit worthiness question ( mentioned above)
Some of the interviewers were stoic, most were friendly though - although personally in my experience, it felt like they were in a hurry because at some points I could only ask 1 question and some of my interviews were cut short.
