Was called by HR located in Ohio and asked for the closest date to have a phone interview. Had a phone interview six days later that lasted for 40 minutes (more than the 30 that was allotted). Spoke to a really cool, relaxed, dude. My advice for anyone is to get the WSO behavioral interview guide and right down your personal answer to the questions. Being prepared for everything he asked me was a wonderful feeling. See below for questions.
