Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I interviewed for the Accelerated Superday. There was no phone screening. They brought me in for in-person interviews. I had two 30 minute interviews-- one with a person in the quant group and one with a person on the AM sales team. One of my interviews was mostly behavioral, while the other was more technical.
If they liked you from your first interviews, they would call you back later in the day to come back for more interviews the same day.
