Please describe the interview / hiring process.

First I talked to probably three people from the office via phone. This was all very informal. Basically, just conversations about me and about the industry and why the firm is so great. After they liked me, they flew me out to Houston where I had a final round. This was probably 6 rounds, some one-on-one with higher-ups. I had a couple of 2-on-one sessions with associates and analysts. One had a couple of technicals.
