General Interview Information
Interview Details
Each interview was 2 on 1, and lasted about a half an hour. There were very few technical questions asked. The few that were were not difficult.
I was asked back to a superday for Asset Mgmt the following week. About 20 candidates were present and competing for somewhere between 4-8 positions. I had interviews for fixed income and AIMS in the morning. All of the interviews except my first and last were 2 on one.
After 4 interviews in the morning, all candidates had to wait in the cafeteria in the bottom of the building for a "yay" or "nay" phone call. I was invited back for the second round of afternoon interviews for AIMS and had a phone interview with 2 VP's in New York, and 1 final interview with a VP who had flown in from New York.
I felt good about the interviews, but got a call back about that Friday that I was not picked for one of the internships, and they as a policy they do not provide feedback.
I guess I didn't fit well, because, again, there were very few technical questions.
