2013 summer analyst

Accelerated round for summer analysts. Applied online, networked with recruiters and alumni as much as possible, via informational interviews. For interviewing, no phone interviews, but had first round morning interviews for 30 minutes, 1 on 1. HCM employee interviewed me, was very nice and fit based. They call you back in the afternoon to notify you if you made the final rounds in the evening. I was called back and was in a reception area with the other candidates (which included research, IBD, securities, etc.). you had 3-4 interviews, 30 minutes each, 2 on 1. they give a sheet with the times you should be at a specific interview room (numbered). during the interview, the questions were a mix of basic technicals and fit questions. seemed more like a conversation. all in all, went well, and received an offer.
