IQ / Intelligence Test
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
1st round was a phone interview with HR. Question were background and competency based, why GIC, why equities,etc.
2nd round was a panel interview with analyst from the business divisions.As I did not come from a finance background, the questions were not technical in nature and still focused on my background.
3rd round was a psychometric test. Much harder than the typical SHL test.
Final Round was a panel interview with the management team. As per usual, no technical finance questions but alot of questions on background.
