What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
- Began with resume drop on my school's job board website
- Selected for on campus interview
- Interview with alum, interview did not go horrible. Consisted of outline of the position, why I wanted to be at GE, interests outside school, interviewers work history at GE, rotational assignments.
Gave my story, asked follow up questions but me and the interviewer never seemed to clique.
On the way out, he stated, "Best of luck in the future". Which basically told me it was a no go.
