Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had 2 1on1 interviews. One was with a trader/recruiter and the other was with a new hire who had gone through the internship process and was able to speak about his experience. All the questions in both interviews were behavioral. For example: why trading? where would your edge come from a trader? what classes have you taken and plan to take? what kind of risk taker are you? are you a team player or a solo worker? There were no math/brainteasers like some other prop trading firms. I do not know if I received an offer yet.
